Seed School
A centre of permanent training for the professional workers of ThyssenKrupp Elevator Southern Europe, Africa and Middle East and participants of other business units of ThyssenKrupp Elevator.
On the 13th of October 2005, the SEED School (Specialized Education for Executive Development) was inaugurated in Madrid, the first Executive School of Executives of ThyssenKrupp Elevator dedicated exclusively and continuosly to the development of our professionals.
A future project
The mission of the school is the executive development with the aim of having the most prepared and specialized professionals, thanks to different training programs characterized by their practical orientation, adapted to the real need of the ThyssenKrupp Elevator business.
SEED School is also the answer to the challenge of a more and more global business that requires qualified executives to actuate in an international environment and of a great cultural diversity. In this sense, the initiative acquires a strategic importance for the development and growth plans of ThyssenKrupp Elevator.
